Climb aboard a pirate ship set to sail off through the skies of London and Neverland. Join Peter, Wendy, and all your favorite characters on their adventures with pirates, Indians, and even a timely crocodile.
Peter Pan’s Flight is one of Fantasyland’s original rides, premiering on Disneyland’s opening day. It is a minute dark ride through the scenes of the movie. You begin at the loading area by stepping into a fiberglass pirate ship which holds 2-3 passengers. A cast member will lower a bar over your lap and the ship moves forward, rising slowly as you come to the end of the dock until your ship is sailing through the air, suspended from a track running above you.
You soar and dip through scenes from the classic movie and have a bird’s eye view of your favorite characters. From your ship you’ll gaze at the lights of London twinkling below you before you head for the second start to the right on your way to Neverland. There you’ll see volcanoes, mermaids, Indians and more as you pass from one scene to the next before flying through a waterfall and back into reality.
