I'm trying to save money at the parking garages. I know Downtown Disney has valet until 2 am for $6, as compared to $11 for the lots. Do you think this is too risky?

I was told that if you or someone with you has a disability that you can get a pass to get in line - and that you take it to City hall? If i get a presciption from the Doctor what should it say?
